All of these PDF tools work in your browser. Your PDFs are not uploaded to a server, stored or sold. They work best for small PDFs, under 10 MB each, because a browser has less memory than a desktop program.

Before you start

Keep your original PDF until you have opened the new file and checked it. Password-protected PDFs are not supported by these browser tools: if a PDF asks for a password, it cannot be processed here, and you should not share its password with any website. Large, damaged or scanned PDFs with hundreds of pages may be slow or may fail in a browser.
